At Hadi Treasures, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse.
Items returned without original packaging.
Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).
Personalized or customized products.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the item (if damaged or defective).
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior approval.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Hadi Treasures will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
